What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are shipped using Canada Post’s Xpresspost Service.

Your tracking number will be provided once the package ships. All Xpresspost packages are guaranteed to arrive in 1-3 business days. This excludes addresses in Nunavut and Northern Québec, as well as incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No.

We are unable to provide our services outside Canadian borders. We ship to Canadian residents only.

How Is My Order Packaged?

We know your privacy is important to you, and take it very seriously.

All orders are vacuum-sealed and discreetly packaged. We use Xpresspost and nondescript boxes to avoid any unwanted attention, also ensuring your package comes with a tracking number.

Your order will the ship same day if we have successfully received E-transfer payment before our 1 p.m. EST cut-off time. If we do not receive payment before the cut-off, your order will ship next business day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

1-3 business days.

How Do I Track My Order?

Why Hasn’t My Tracking Info Updated Recently?

If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it has not updated in sometime, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.

Members typically get their packages on time, or a day later. If you have not received your package 2 days after the expected date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office right away.

When a trace is filed, Canada Post will begin an investigation into the package’s whereabouts that can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package they will ship it to you, and you’ll receive it a few days late. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a replacement package 1x, free of charge.

Why Isn’t My Tracking Number Working?

If you attempt to track your package before it has been accepted and scanned at the post office it will not display the requested information. Please wait a few hours, as orders placed before 1 p.m. EST are shipped the same business day with tracking information available shortly after.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We only accept payment made using Interac E-transfer.

Using a Canadian Bank or Credit Union, E-transfers are very easy and can be completed in just a couple of minutes.

Instructions are provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after your E-Transfer has been successfully received. If we receive your payment by 9 am PST (12pm EST), your order will ship that same business day, or else it ships the next business day.

Is Buying Cannabis Online Safe?

Yes, we think so. And do our part to maintain that safety.

Canadian Holistics is one of the 200+ Canadian dispensaries NOT operating within current federal law. With no federal legislation there are risks associated with both sides of the transaction, HOWEVER… There are over two dozen mail-order cannabis sites in Vancouver alone, with many more spanning the rest of Canada.

Canadians have been safely shipping their cannabis through the mail for many many years, and to date we know of no single person ever charged with receiving personal medical cannabis in the mail.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Locate the products you are interested in ordering by clicking on the “SHOP” tab at the top of the page.

Browse through the different categories (Flowers, Concentrates, Edibles), click on your desired product. Choose your desired quantity then click “Add to Cart”.

When you’re happy with all your selections in the shopping cart, click on the cart icon in the top right of your screen and you will be redirected to the Checkout page.

On the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and create an account.

Now that you’re logged in, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number, order notes).

If you have never ordered from us before, we will need you to send us a scan of both sides of your government issued photo identification via email to info@canadianholistics.com. If you are a returning customer, please skip this step!

Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to review and accept the Terms and Conditions (a link is also located at the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”.

On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfers have successfully been received.

Once we receive your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship within 1 business day. We’ll email you an Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available.

Congratulations, you have now placed your order!

There are NO RETURNS on products once they’ve been sent out (unless it is a defective product)

Can I Change My Order?

No.

If you would like to add to or edit your order, please create a new order and your original order will be canceled. This will greatly limit processing errors.

Accounts & Points

Government ID Required?

Members are required to send a valid form of government photo ID via email before an order can be processed.

We require Photo Identification to ensure that minors do not have direct access to our product. Our services are for 19+ Canadian residents. Your documents are stored on our secure servers behind 256 bit encryption and are purged quarterly.

Upon registration we ask that you please send your Drivers License via email to verify your account. If you have not done so already, please contact us right away.

How Can I Send You My ID?

Submit your ID via email to info@canadianholistics.com

We only require your ID before your first order. Subsequent orders will automatically be processed.

We accept Canadian Issued Photo Identification. You can send us a high quality picture or a scan of your card to us info@canadianholistics.com. Once we have proof of your age, just complete your account and make your first order!

Our working hours are 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST). Although we accept orders daily, we ship on the next available business day.

How Does Your Points System Work?

For every $1 dollar that you spend (excluding shipping), you will earn 1 point.

You can also earn 50 points for each published product review. For every 50 points you accumulate, you will receive a $1 discount that can be used towards any future orders.

Points can be redeemed for anything in our online store, with no restrictions!

Do You Sell Edibles?

Yes we sell edibles.

As we are located outside of Vancouver, we are not subject to the ban on edibles currently in place under their municipal regulations.
